This is a vintage hand knitted wool shrug dating, I believe, to the 1930s.  It is made in a beige colour.  It has leg o’ mutton sleeves with a cape across the back and basically an open front.  It is constructed like a long sock with cuffs at either end and a bottom opening - of course, once on the body it takes on a different shape and form.  

Sizing: This should fit a range of medium sizes, but please note the that laid out straight, it measures 62” in length.

Condition:  It is in very good condition, no pulls or skips, very clean with no wear, it looks like it was put away and well stored over the last 90 or so years.

This cape features an interesting construction. Nice piece if you just need to cover your arms and your back!
